What should I do if I don't hear back from a club about my request?

Should you not receive word from a club within 48 hours of a request being submitted, please send a message through the respective request, and/or contact the UpriseGolf team for help expediting an answer from the club via chat tool, by calling 888.765.7707, or by email at yourcaddy@uprisegolf.com.

Please be aware that some clubs may not be able to confirm an exact tee time further out than a certain number of days due to club policy, so some responses may be slightly delayed. Any such policy is expected to be made known to you within the Course Rules prior to submission, or via message within the request after submission.
